Capacity

Acorn has the capacity to coat the smallest of components from the size of a small screw or rivets up to an overall size of 1,500mm x 1,000mm x 550mm. We have jigs available to multi-jig as well as mask threads etc.

On-site capacity

• 400ft track with iron phosphate in-line
  (3-stage pre-treatment with 2 water rinses)
• 30ft drying oven
• 40ft dual spraying and curing oven
• Burn off oven to strip coated jigs
• Shotblaster to ensure jigs are ready for re-use
• We provide Lacquering (Matt and Clear).
